Wombat Valley Feta compliments a range of dishes. This feta has the curd drained and it is marinated with chives and oil to bring out the flavour, while the oil also prolongs the shelf life.
This cheese is naturally gluten free and it is great for food service as it is packed in convenient 1kg resealable buckets. Serve with salads, pasta, pizza or on cheeseboards.
