Chicken kiev balls with a delicious garlic butter filling and coated in a golden crumb. Perfect as a snack or served as a meal with Salad and Vegetables
Serving Suggestions:
Serve Mini Kievs with our rocket and white bean salad
Ingredients 50g baby rocket 1 cup basil leaves,
400g can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained .
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup raw sliced almonds
50g feta, crumbled Method
Toss together rocket, basil, beans, onion and oil. Top with almonds and feta.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat fan forced oven to 190C.
2. Remove frozen Kiev balls from the pack and place evenly on a lined baking tray.
3. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
