Our MOKA DOGs are skinless frankfurters made to Moka’s exclusive recipe.
They contain 75% meat and are naturally smoked using sustainable Australian hardwood.
Each MOKA DOG is a generous 8” in length and free from artificial colours and flavours.
MOKA DOGs are hand-dipped in our traditional batter to give them that superior flavour and crunch.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
*Do not Thaw, Cook from Frozen
Deep Fry at 180°C for 4-5 minutes then rest for 90 Seconds
Product can be shallow Fried but for best results Deep Fry
