COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
THAWING:
Place Cocktail Spring Rolls in refrigerator overnight.
DEEP FRY: Place thawed Cocktail Spring Rolls in oil
(190°C) for approximately 2-3 minutes until light golden colour. Remove Cocktail Spring Rolls and place on absorbent material and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
SHALLOW FRY:
Place thawed Cocktail Spring Rolls in a greased moderately hot frying pan, turn constantly until light golden colour.
Remove Cocktail Spring Rolls and place on absorbent material and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

OVEN BAKE:
Preheat a fan forced oven to 200°C. Place thawed Cocktail Spring Rolls on a baking paper lined tray. Bake for 10 15 minutes until light golden colour.
TEMPERATURE VARIATION:
Cooking times are guide only and may vary according to power, age and condition of appliances used.
Caution:
Filling may be very hot after heating.
Storage Instructions: Store at or below-18°C at all times.
Do not refreeze thawed or cooked product. If thawed or cooked product.
If thawed, use within 24 hours.
