Spread over rind of pork with milk, to ensure beautiful crackling, before roasting
Add to pickling brine when preparing corn silverside; add to the water, onion, Masterfoods Bay leaves, peppercorn medley, celery, carrot, brown sugar and vinegar
Add to red wine for a steak marinade
Use to create a ginger and garlic marinade along with root ginger, coriander and garlic
