Cooking Instructions
Cook from Frozen
Conventional Oven
Preheat oven to 220’C. Place chicken breast medallions evenly onto a lightly greased oven tray. Cook for approx 20 minutes, turning once
Deep Fry
Preheat oil to 180’C, Cook a small amount of medallions for apptox 4-5 minutes
