Cooking Instructions:
OVEN BAKE: Preheat oven to 200ºc. Spread Tenders evenly on a lightly greased oven tray and heat for 18-20 minutes, turning once
DEEP FRY: Preheat oil to 180ºc. Place a small quantity of Tenders in fryer basket and heat for approx 3-5 minutes turning frequently. Drain Carefully onto paper towel
