This Hygiplas Easytemp probe thermometer is colour-coded to significantly reduce the risk of cross contamination – bright red casing makes it instantly identifiable for use with raw meats, and it can be used alongside a yellow thermometer (CF912) for cooked meats.
Designed with a fold-away probe and detachable wrist strap, this meat thermometer is quick to clean, easy to carry and even easier to use. Battery life is extended thanks to an auto on/off function, while a temperature response time of just 15 seconds makes this a fast and cost-effective approach to food safety in the kitchen.
