Cooking Instructions
1. DEEP FRY AFTER DEFROSTING: Defrost required portion of Hakka Battered Meat overnight in chiller or by microwave. Deep fry in hot oil at approx. 170°C – 180°C for 3-6 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
2. DEEP FRY FROM FROZEN: From frozen, flash fry required portion of Hakka Battered Meat in hot oil at approx. 170°C – 180°C for 2 minutes, then put aside for 5 minutes. Deep fry for another 3-5 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
