Comes from the bark of an Evergreen tree that is common in South East Asia. With a similar flavour to cinnamon, it can also go well with spices, sweet dishes and more.
Perfect for bouquet garni – or ground for spice mixes. Cinnamon is a great addition to curries and hotpots, marinades and rubs.
Use in stewed fruit, puddings and home-baked goodies. Or add to raw treats and chocolate.
