COOKING GUIDE
Deep Fry:
Cook from frozen. Preheat oil to 180ºC.
Deep fry frozen fish for approximately 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain well before serving.
Conventional Oven:
Preheat Oven to 220ºC.
Place frozen fish on baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes turning over halfway through cooking
