DUE TO THE AUTHENTIC NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT, SOME OIL SEPARATION MAY OCCUR. WE
RECOMMEND THAT YOU STIR IT WELL BEFORE USAGE.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use within 6 months and store at room temperature. Do not refrigerate and do not store diluted paste.
Ingredients
Water, vegetable oil, spices (11%), desiccated coconut (9%), sugar, tomato paste (5%), salt, ginger, garlic puree, food acids (acetic, lactic),maize flour, dried coriander leaf.
RECIPE SUGGESTION
Lamb Korma : Serves 10
INGREDIENTS
100mL Oil, vegetable
200g KNORR PATAK’S KORMA Paste
2kg Lamb, diced
20g KNORR Vegetable Booster
600mL Cream
500mL Water
20g Coriander, chopped
METHOD
- Heat oil in a large pot, add the Knorr Patak’s Korma paste and lightly cook
- Add the diced lamb and lightly cook until browned, add the KNORR Vegetable Booster, cream and water and simmer until the meat is
tender. - Serve and garnish with chopped coriander
Serving suggestion
Serve with the steamed basmati rice, naan bread and KNORR PATAK’S Mango Chutney.

STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT
ONCE OPENED, USE WITHIN 6 MONTHS AND STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. DO NOT REFRIGERATE AND DO NOT STORE DILUTED PASTE.
