Cooking Instructions
Do not defrost before use. COOK FROM FROZEN.
1. STEAM: Submerge product in water for 5 seconds. Place product in a steamer and steam over boiling water for up to 15-20 minutes until soft.
2. FLASH FRY THEN DEEP FRY: Pre heat oil to 170-180ºC. Flash fry product for approximately 1-2 minutes until pastry starts to brown, then leave aside for 10 minutes or more. When ready to serve, deep fry (re-fry) product at 170-180ºC for 4-6 minutes (or until cooked and golden brown). Drain oil and serve.
3. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 170 – 180ºC. Deep fry product for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
